Questions/Answers
Q1. What Happens After The Screen Test?
Our company directors will view your screen test, and the course coordinator will contact you within 7 days to inform you of the outcome. Our policy is to get in touch with all potential students, whether you are accepted or not.
- If you are accepted you will be required to pay a deposit of R1, 100.00 by the deadline date given to you on the date of acceptance. Usually within 7 - 14 days.
- If you are not accepted, you will be given the opportunity to re-do your screen test, at no extra cost, within three months.
- Your screen test is valid for only three months.
Q2. How Many Students Are Accepted Per Course?
A varying number of students are accepted each month from our screen tests, but we have a limited space for 12 - 14 students to attend each course. If you do not pay your deposit by the required deadline, we cannot guarantee your placement. Please remember that our courses fill up very quickly.
Acceptance from a screen test does not mean that your name is placed on our list… we have had situations in the past, when potential students arrive the day before or on the first day of the course with their deposit and full payment, but we have had to turn them away because classes are full. Make sure you don’t miss out and are not left disappointed!
Q3. What Is My Financial Commitment?
You have to pay a deposit of R1100-00 to book your place on the course. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you decide to postpone or cancel your course, a prior fourteen-day cancellation policy applies. This must be done in writing to On Cue, via fax 011 886 3938 or email courses@oncue.co.za
If you pledge to take part in our course by placing down a deposit, we commit by making our facilities and expertise available to you.
